Plumbing Distributors Inc. (PDI) announced the relocation of its
Atlanta on Dec. 15, where the company opened the doors to a newly upfitted facility at 2319
Defoor Hills Road NW. PDI representatives and the company’s CEO Coley
Herrin welcomed customers and vendors with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a special
collection for Toys for Tots by the Georgia State Patrol.
The building is conveniently located on Atlanta’s westside—a known hub for design and industrial
businesses—and aims to meet the growing needs of PDI’s rapidly expanding customer base in the
Metro Atlanta.
“We’re excited for what the future holds as we continue to strive to provide a seamless buying
experience for all our customers,” said Josh Rogers, director of sales at PDI. “This new location
and improved facility is just what PDI needs to meet the volume of projects happening in the
Atlanta area and to support our customers’ needs with the commercial and residential
development here.”
“We have made several improvements to our warehouse management system to provide a
more seamless experience for our customers,” said Atlanta Branch Manager Quadel Woods.
“We’ve also added a larger counter area, which will allow us to have a bigger focus on will call
and pickups.”
Additionally, PDI held a special collection of donations for the U.S. Marines charity Toys for
Tots. Officers of the Georgia State Patrol brought three cruisers to fill with gifts that had been
collected to benefit children in need this holiday season. As a family-owned business, giving
back to the community is a core tenet for the wholesale distributor and retailer. This is the sixth
year that PDI has participated in the program, and collections are occurring at each of
company’s locations through Dec. 22, 2022.
